01 Using the service

By accessing Monkey Marketplace, you agree to these terms and to applicable law. You must be legally able to use the service and meet Discord's applicable age and account requirements. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Monkey Marketplace features may change, be limited, or be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every community, listing, or feature will always be available.

02 Listings and user content

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, photos, descriptions, pricing, condition, availability, and shipping statements in your listings. You must have the right to offer the item and use any content you upload. Do not misrepresent an item, impersonate another person, manipulate feedback, or post misleading information.

A listing may be shared across participating Discord servers or communities. Do not include private addresses, phone numbers, passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in public listing content.

03 Prohibited activity

You may not use Monkey Marketplace to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, harassment, threats, scams, or violations of Discord's rules. Do not list stolen goods, counterfeits, prohibited weapons or other restricted goods, dangerous or unlawful items, or anything you are not legally permitted to sell or ship. We may restrict content that creates safety, legal, or platform risk.

04 Payments, purchases, and disputes

Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly. Monkey Marketplace does not collect, hold, transmit, or process payment for marketplace deals and is not a party to those deals. Before paying, independently assess the other party, agree on the total price and delivery terms, and use a payment method with protections appropriate to your situation.

We cannot guarantee a refund, recover funds, verify item authenticity, or resolve every disagreement. Keep relevant messages and receipts, and report suspected scams or rule violations through the available Discord reporting or support options.

05 Shipping and tracking

Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on shipping, packaging, insurance, costs, and delivery details. Tracking information is supplied by carriers or tracking providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. A tracking status is not proof of an item's condition, authenticity, or the legitimacy of a transaction.

Monkey Marketplace may relay tracking updates but does not operate the carrier network and does not guarantee delivery.

06 Communities and moderation

Server owners are responsible for their Discord servers and for ensuring that their use of community features complies with applicable rules. We may remove listings or community content, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban users, or disconnect communities or servers when we reasonably believe action is needed to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or protect the service.

Where available, you may use the established appeal or support process to ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed. Do not attempt to evade a restriction by creating alternate accounts or otherwise circumventing enforcement.

07 Privacy and security

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy page. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or sensitive payment details with anyone claiming to represent Monkey Marketplace. We will not ask you to disclose your password or authentication code in a listing or support message.

08 Third-party services

The service depends on third parties, including Discord, hosting providers, storage providers, and shipping or tracking providers. Their own terms and policies may apply. We do not control third-party systems and are not responsible for their independent availability, actions, or policies.

09 Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, Monkey Marketplace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without promises that listings, users, goods, transactions, or third-party data are accurate, safe, available, or fit for a particular purpose. You use the marketplace and interact with other users at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from user-to-user transactions or interruptions to third-party services.

10 Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above indicates when this version was published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
